The artists featured in this exhibition by Madeinartgallery , belong to that generation of Chinese artists who walk across the world of contemporary art.
In fact they are using either painting, sculpture, installation, performance and photography.

Destroyed their freedom to move . Life has already obliterated their feelings of and reasons for happiness , and they cannot but while away their remaining tine, difficult as it is to endure.
The idea of ‘raising children to prevent old age’is a saying that has been passed down for ages, and has today become an empty phrase , impossible to cash in on. L have no way of taking my parents place in experiencing some of most difficult things they encounter . All l can do is give them some limited comfort and care . As for the fundamental questions of survival, l have no power, their problems of survival are real and true; one can feel it but cannot cross over and them.
My parents see death as great calamity of fate. They force themselves to stand up straight on the verge of death, to find a spirit they can use to keep themselves going, to maintain some dignity of life. They supported these powerless photographs.
Facing a crisis of survival, all of the so-called artistic problems surrounding me disappear, and my weak artistic dreams come up against a harsh lashing. At the same time, l also feel like l have already seen myself in old age.
