Landscapes transformed by nature and man, or by the photographer, with the interpretation during shooting or interventions on the prints. The project consists of several series realized over the last thirty years: Light on the Landscape (Italian landscape, cibachrome prints made at the time of shooting); Wounded Earth (cibachrome prints deformed by burns, unique works); Abstract Lands (elaborate satellite images of the Aral Lake / Uzbekistan, 50x70 cm. photographic prints mounted on wood pulp panels with subsequent interventions with tempera painting, red sand of Bukhara, black tea of Samarkand, green tea leaves, Uzbek bread, cotton fabric, cotton seeds and flakes, etc. Unique works); Dead Polaroid (work on expired Polaroids, unique originals and enlargements in limited edition). From the traditional landscape sublimated by light to the tragic representations of the contemporary landscape modified by human intervention or massacred by natural cataclysms, on photographic prints as in reality.
